Sessions are held online through Zoom, giving you a calm and private space to talk from the comfort of your own home. You don’t need to download anything in advance — once you book, you’ll receive a link that opens the session automatically on your device. If you already use Zoom, it will open in your usual app; if not, it will open in your browser with no setup required. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. I’ll guide you through anything technical so you can simply arrive, settle, and focus on the conversation.


Coaching is a complementary approach and is not a substitute for medical treatment. We encourage clients to continue their medical care while using coaching to enhance their mental resilience and improve their overall pain management.

Confidentiality & Safety

All sessions are confidential. This means that what you share stays between us, whether you are an adult or a young person, and you are free to speak openly without judgement. The only time confidentiality may need to be broken is if there is a clear and immediate risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or if a safeguarding concern or serious crime is disclosed. In these situations, I have a legal and ethical duty to act to ensure safety, which may include contacting a parent or guardian (for under‑18s), emergency services, or the appropriate safeguarding team.

Everyday emotions, frustrations, personal challenges, and the normal ups and downs of life remain private. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, develop practical tools, and move forward at your own pace, while following UK professional and safeguarding guidelines.
